Especially in the area of professional football, hybrid turf systems are becoming more and more important as they can improve the quality of the playing area even further. Given the extreme shading in football stadiums and the heavy strain due to the frequent matches and maintenance measures, the conditions for natural grass are rather bad in comparison.
Hybrid turf can solve this problem partially as the fibres that are implanted in the soil stabilise the root horizon and therefore increase the shear strength of the turf system significantly. In the course of that, the damages caused to the turf and the root horizon by strain can be reduced.
We already have extensive experience in the construction of hybrid turf facilities thanks to our cooperation with other hybrid turf suppliers. For example, we took care of the entire foundation, fitting of the turf-bearing layer and seeding of the sports ground at Allianz Arena in 2014.
After a development process of about two years, we now proudly present our Sporthybrid R system, which exceeds the quality of other systems by a wide margin.

The use of fully automatically controlled laser sensors guarantees even more precise work than other systems. The space between the tuft lines and fibre projection is observed accurately to the millimetre.
